雷珠单抗治疗糖尿病性黄斑水肿临床观察被引量：1

摘要目的:探讨雷珠单抗治疗糖尿病性黄斑水肿的临床效果。方法:选取梅州市人民医院2015年1月至2018年1月收治的80例糖尿病性黄斑水肿患者作为研究对象,根据治疗药物的不同分为观察组和对照组,每组40例患者。观察组患者玻璃体腔内注射雷珠单抗以及口服复方血栓通胶囊联合治疗,对照组患者单纯口服复方血栓通胶囊治疗。比较两组患者的临床效果,患者最佳矫正视力(BCVA)、黄斑中央视网膜厚度(CMT)以及荧光素眼底血管造影(FFA)等指标的变化。结果:经过治疗,观察组患者临床总有效率更好,BCVA、CMT等指标优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:雷珠单抗以及复方血栓通胶囊联合治疗糖尿病性黄斑水肿临床效果更好,患者各项指标恢复较快且视力显著改善。
