大坝施工信息PDA实时采集系统在长河坝施工中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 大坝施工过程中的施工信息对控制大坝施工质量具有十分重要的意义。长河坝为最大坝高240m的心墙堆石坝,施工规模大,工序复杂,为便于施工管理人员能够实时地获取施工过程所产生的大量数据,结合长河坝水电工程施工特点,基于GPS、GPRS等技术研究并开发了长河坝大坝施工信息PDA采集系统。应用效果表明,该系统实现了对大坝施工现场信息及上坝运输车辆信息的现场数据的实时采集,克服了传统的现场采集数据方法工作量大的缺点,且极大地提高了施工质量控制的实时性与有效性。 The construction information in the dam construction process is of great significance for control of dam construction quality. The Changheba hydropower project is core wall rockfill dam with 240 m maximum dam height, and it has characteristics of complicated production processes and large amount of construction workload. In order to facilitate the construction manager to obtain the large amount of data in the construction process in real time, dam construction information Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) collection system which is based on the GPS and GPRS technologies has been developed by combining with the construction characteristics of the Changheba hydropower project. This system realized the real-time collection of the field information of the dam construction and the dam transportation vehicle, and it overcame the shortcomings of the traditional site data collection method, which greatly improved the real-time effectiveness of construction quality control.
