摘要
历年来在中医古代医籍文献中很少提及"肺阳"者,关于"肺阳"与"肺阳虚"目前还未形成系统的理论体系。故通过对"肺阳"及"肺阳虚"相关理论的梳理,以中医学脏腑阴阳体系为理论指导基础,从藏象学说和生理病理的角度对"肺阳"以及"肺阳虚"加以阐述,发现"肺阳"即是肺气中具有温煦、推动和兴奋作用的部分,即"肺之阳气"。而"肺阳"的生理功能又可以归纳为温煦机体、防御外邪、司肺气之宣发、调节全身水液输布和代谢等几个方面。"肺阳虚"则会出现咳喘无力、乏力神疲、四肢不温、畏寒、痰白量多等阳虚不温的症状。从理论和现代实验研究角度都进一步证实"肺阳"的存在,这不但为临床治疗肺系疾病提供了新思路和理论依据,同时也极大地丰富和完善了中医理论。
Over the years,there is little mention of the lung Yang in ancient Chinese medicine literature,about the‘lung Yang＇and‘lung Yang＇deficiency has not yet formed a system of theoretical system,so it is necessary to‘lung Yang＇and ‘lung Yang＇theory is explained from the doctrine of viscera and the physiological and pathological point of view. In this paper,according to the relevant theory of the ‘lung Yang＇and ‘lung Yang deficieny＇,in TCM viscera system under the guidance of the theory of Yin and Yang,found the lung Yang is warm,with promoting and stimulation the physiological function of the lung. ‘Lung Yang＇physiological function and can be divided into warm body,our defense of Dispersing lung qi,regulate body fluid distribution and metabolism etc. ＂Deficiency of lung Yang＂will appear cough weakness,limbs cold,chills,white sputum etc. The existence of‘lung Yang＇is further confirmed from the perspective of theory and modern experimental research,which not only provides new ideas and theoretical basis for clinical treatment of pulmonary diseases,but also greatly enriches and improves TCM theory.
