摘要
目的探究分析孕期接受营养护理后对妊娠并发症所产生的影响。方法随机在2015年4月—2017年5月期间该院收治的孕产妇中选取88例为研究对象,并依据入院顺序分为各44例的观察组与参照组。予以参照组常规护理,采用孕期营养护理方案对观察组进行护理,将两组孕产妇的妊娠并发症发生率实施对比分析。结果观察组孕产妇发生妊娠并发症的发生率为6.82%,远低于参照组22.73%的并发症发生率,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.423,P=0.035);观察组孕产妇的TG(3.73±1.25)mmol/L,低于参照组(4.54±1.17)mmol/L差异有统计学意义(t=4.138,P=0.002),观察组HDL为(2.14±0.54)mmol/L,高于参照组(1.83±0.67)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(t=4.390,P=0.019);观察组ApoA为(1.95±0.23)g/L,高于参照组(1.67±0.27)g/L,差异有统计学意义(t=5.237,P=0.001);观察组铁元素含量为(9.42±2.24)μmol/L高于参照组(7.58±2.59)μmol/L,差异有统计学意义(t=4.564,P=0.001),观察组钙元素含量为(1.93±0.49)μmol/L,高于参照组(1.87±0.57)μmol/L,且差异有统计学意义(t=8.981,P=0.001)。结论对孕产妇施以孕期营养护理后可帮助孕产妇摄取更加均衡合理的营养,更有利于减少妊娠并发症的发生。
Objective To study and analyze the effect of nutrition nursing during pregnancy on the gestational complications. Methods 88 cases of maternal women admitted and treated in our hospital from April 2015 to May 2017 were selected and divided into two groups with 44 cases in each according to the admission order, the control group used the routine nursing, while the observation group used the nutrition nursing plan during the pregnancy for nursing, and the incidence rate of gestational complications was compared between the two groups. Results The incidence rate of gestational complications in the observation group was much lower than that in the control group(6.82% vs 22.73%), and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.423, P=0.035); the TG in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, [(3.73±1.25)mmol/L vs(4.54±1.17)mmol/L], and the difference was statistically significant( t=4.138,P=0.002), and the HDL in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, [( 2.14±0.54) vs( 1.83±0.67) ], and the difference was statistically significant [(2.14±0.54)mmol/L vs(1.83±0.67)mmol/L], and the difference was statistically significant(t =4.390, P =0.019); and the ApoA in the observation group was higher than that in the control group [(1.95±0.23)g/L vs(1.67±0.27)g/L], and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.237, P=0.001);and the iron element content in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, [(9.42±2.24)μmol/L vs(7.58±2.59)μmol/L], and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.564, P=0.001), and the calcium element in the observation group was higher than that in the control group [(1.93±0.49)μmol/L vs(1.87±0.57)μmol/L], and the difference was statistically significant( t=8.981, P=0.001). Conclusion The nutrition nursing for maternal women can help them take more balanced and rational nutrition, which is more conductive to reducing the occurrence of gestational complications.
