摘要
目的研究运动手环在促进肝胆外科手术患者快速康复的应用效果。方法以该院2017年5月—2018年3月收治的肝胆外科手术患者共134例为研究对象,以手术时间顺序分为对照组与观察组各67例,对照组实施常规肝胆外科术后快速康复护理,观察组在对照组基础上使用运动手环。对比两组患者的通气时间、排便时间、引流管留置时间、住院时间与满意度情况。结果观察组患者的通气时间、排便时间、引流管留置时间与住院时间[(55.47±11.49)h,(72.84±13.98)h,(4.03±0.94)h,(8.35±1.97)d]均短于对照组[(84.37±12.69)h,(104.15±13.83)h,(7.73±1.15)h,(11.53±2.49)d],两组相比差异有统计学意义(t=13.818,13.033,20.391,8.198;P<0.001);观察组患者的满意度评分[(8.73±0.35)分]高于对照组[(8.35±0.29)分],两组相比差异有统计学意义(t=6.843;P<0.001)。结论肝胆外科手术患者术快速康复干预期间使用运动手环能够优化患者的术后康复效果。
Objective To research the application effect of exercise ring in promoting the rapid recovery of patients with operation in the department of hepatobiliary surgery. Methods 134 cases of patients with operation in the department of hepatobiliary surgery admitted and treated in our hospital from May 2017 to March 2018 were selected and divided into two groups with 67 cases in each according to the operation time, the control group used the rapid recovery nursing, while the observation group used the exercise ring on the basis of the control group, and the time of ventilation and defecation, indwelling time of drainage tube, length of stay and satisfactory degree were compared between the two groups. Results The time of ventilation and defecation, indwelling time of drainage tube, length of stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group[（55.47 ±11.49）h,（72.84 ±13.98）h,（4.03±0.94）h,（8.35±1.97）d vs（84.37±12.69）h,（104.15±13.83）h,（7.73±1.15）h,（11.53±2.49）d], and the difference was obvious（t=13.818,13.033,20.391,8.198; P〈0.001）; the satisfactory degree score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group [（8.73 ±0.35）points vs（8.35±0.29）points], and the difference was obvious（t=6.843; P〈0.001）. Conclusion The application of exercise ring in the patients with operation in the department of hepatobiliary surgery during the rapid recovery period can optimize the postoperative recovery effect of patients.
