摘要
目的探究在不同矫治时期固定正畸治疗患者龈沟液(GCF)中白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、P物质(SP)含量变化。方法择取2017年1月—2018年1月收治的60例需将双侧第一前磨牙拔除并固定矫治者临床资料进行分析,随机取一侧尖牙设作研究组,予以250 g远中移动的初始力,而另一侧尖牙设作对照组,且不受力;通过酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)对施加力当天与加力后1 d、7 d、14 d患者尖牙近中、远中GCF中的IL-1β、SP含量。结果研究组正畸加力矫治1 d、7 d、14 d后IL-1β含量分别为(42.41±11.49)ng/mL、(53.84±13.66)ng/mL、(45.01±12.39)ng/mL,较对照组均更高(t=5.272 0,8.431 8,3.289 1,P<0.05),两组正畸加力当天差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组正畸加力当天SP含量与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),矫治1 d、7 d、14 d后SP含量分别为(3.84±1.16)pg/L、(5.02±1.38)pg/L、(4.11±1.19)pg/L均高于对照组(t=8.180 2,11.348 2,6.564 8,P<0.05)。结论正畸治疗患者GCF中IL-1β、SP含量于加力当天无显著差异,加力治疗者矫治1 d、7 d、14 d后IL-1β、SP水平均较未加力治疗者高。
Objective To investigate the changes of interleukin-1β(IL-1β) and substance P(SP) in gingival crevicular fluid(GCF) in patients with orthodontic treatment at different times of orthodontic treatment. Methods Clinical data of 60 cases of patients with bilateral first premolars removed from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected for analysis. The cuspids were randomly used as the study group and were given 250 g initial force, while the other side of the cuspid was set as the control group, without giving force; and the constants of IL-1β and SP of proximal and distal GCF of the canine on the day and in 1 d, 7 d, 14 d after loading were tested by the ELISA. Results The content of IL-1β in the study group was(42.41±11.49)ng/mL,(53.84±13.66)ng/mL, and(45.01±12.39)ng/mL after 1 d, 7 d, and 14 d,respectively, which were higher than those in the control group. All of them were higher(t=5.272 0, 8.431 8, 3.289 1,P〈0.05). There was no difference in height between the two groups(P〉0.05). There was no significant difference in SP content between the study group and the control group on the day of orthodontic force(P〉0.05), SP content was(3.84±1.16)pg/L,(5.02±1.38)pg/L, and(4.11±1.19)pg/L, respectively, which were higher than those of the control group on the1 st, 7 th, and 14 th days after treatment(t=8.180 2, 11.348 2, 6.564 8,P〈0.05). Conclusion There is no significant difference in the content of IL-1β and SP in the GCF between the orthodontic treatment patients on the day of loading.After 1 d, 7 d, and 14 d, and the levels of IL-1β and SP in patients treated with loading are higher than those without treatment.
