摘要
目的探讨超声心动图与多层螺旋CT对儿童复杂性先天性心脏病阳性检出率的影响。方法选取该院2015年1月—2017年1月收治的50例复杂性先天性心脏病儿童为研究对象,由两名资深的像学医师分析超声心动图和多层螺旋CT图像,若意见不一致需共同协商。以手术病理结果为金标准,对比超声心动图与多层螺旋CT诊断结果。结果超声心动图对心内畸形的阳性检出率96.00%,心外畸形阳性检出率85.71%;多层螺旋CT对心内畸形的阳性检出率92.00%,心外畸形阳性检出率97.32%。两种检查方法心内畸形的阳性检出率和漏诊率对比差异无统计学意义(χ~2=1.418 4,P>0.05);多层螺旋CT心外畸形的阳性检出率明显高于超声心动图,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=8.679 4,P<0.05)。结论多层螺旋CT与超声心动图对复杂性先天性心脏病都有较高的阳性检出率,但在心外畸形的诊断上,多层螺旋CT优于超声心动图。
Objective To study the effect of echocardiogram and multi-spiral CT on the test rate of complex congenital heart disease in children. Methods 50 cases of children with complex congenital heart disease admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected, and the echocardiogram and multi-spiral CT images were analyzed by the senior physicians, and the doctors needed the common negotiation if they were in disagreement,and the echocardiogram and multi-spiral CT diagnosis results were compared. Results The test positive rates of intracardial malformation and noncardiac malformation by the echocardiogram and multi-spiral CT were respectively 96.00%,85.71%; 92.00%, 97.32%. and the differences in the positive test rate and misdiagnosis rate between the two groups were not obvious, without statistical significance( χ^2=1.418 4, P〈0.05); the positive test rate of multi-spiral CT in diagnosis of noncardiac malformation was obviously higher than that of echocardiogram, and the difference was statistically significant( χ^2=8.679 4, P〈0.05). Conclusion The positive test rate of echocardiogram and multi-spiral CT on the test rate of complex congenital heart disease in children is higher, but the multi-spiral CT in diagnosis of noncardiac malformation is better than that of echocardiogram.
