摘要
目的分析保守治疗对于训练所致腰椎间盘突出症的治疗效果,选择临床效果更好的方法。方法将2015年1月—2018年1月在江西武警总队医院收治的186例由于军事训练所致腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为观察组(使用中频脉冲加β-七叶皂苷钠治疗)和对照组(仅使用中频脉冲治疗),测定VSA和JOA评分,计算有效率和优良率。结果观察组的有效率(89.25%)和优良率(97.85%)均高于对照组的有效率(76.34%)和优良率(74.19%)(P<0.05)。结论中频脉冲法加牵引法联合β-七叶皂苷钠治疗军事训练所致的LDH临床效果较显著,可在临床上推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of conservative therapy of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc caused by the military training and select a better method. Methods 186 cases of patients with lumbar intervertebral disc caused by the military training admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the observation group were treated with intermediate frequency pulse andβ-aescin sodium, while the control group were only treated with intermediate frequency pulse, and the VAS and JOA scores were measured, and the effective rate and excellent and good rate were calculated. Results The effective rate and excellent and good rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group（89.25%, 97.85% vs76.34%, 74.19%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of intermediate frequency pulse method, traction method and beta-aescin sodium in treatment of LDH caused by the military training is obvious, which can be promoted in clinic.
