摘要
目的探讨分析血清降钙素原(PCT)与C-反应蛋白水平(CRP)检测在患者早期感染诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2016年3月—2018年1月该院收治的86例重症患者临床资料,其中细菌感染48例,非细菌感染38例,另取同期80例未感染患者为对照组,检测两组血清PCT、CRP表达水平及PCT+CRP检测阳性率。结果观察组患者血清PCT、CRP表达水平分别为(35.40±10.96)ng/mL、(47.02±11.54)mg/L,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(t=-29.021、-32.034,P=0.000、0.000);观察组细菌感染患者血清PCT、CRP、PCT+CRP联合检测阳性率分别为87.50%、89.58%、93.75%,与对照组和观察组非细菌感染患者相比,均差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.732、15.635、4.390,P=0.019、0.000、0.030;χ~2=30.749、20.223、19.430,P=0.000、0.000、0.000)。结论血清PCT+CRP联合检测,可有效支持患者早期感染的临床诊断,为后续治疗干预提供必要指导,具有积极的临床意义,值得推广应用。
Objective To study and analyze the application value of serum procalcitonin and C reactive protein level in diagnosis of patients with early infection. Methods 86 cases of severe patients admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2016 to January 2018 were selected, including 48 cases with bacterial infection and 38 cases with non-bacterial infection, and 80 cases of patients with non-infection at the same period were selected as the control group, and the serum PCT and CRP expression levels and test positive rate of PCT＋CRP of the two groups were tested. Results The serum PCT and CRP expression levels in the observation group were respectively（35.40±10.96）ng/mL,（47.02±11.54）mg/L, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant（t=-29.021,-32.034, P=0.000,0.000）;and the positive rates of serum PCT, CRP and PCT＋CRP in the observation group were respectively 87.50%, 89.58%,93.75%, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant（χ^2=5.732, 15.635, 4.390, P=0.019,0.000, 0.030; χ^2=30.749, 20.223, 19.430, P=0.000, 0.000, 0.000）. Conclusion The combined test of serum PCT＋CRP can effectively support the clinical diagnosis of patients with early infection, and provide necessary guidance for the subsequent treatment and intervention, with positive clinical significance, and it is worth promotion and application.
