摘要
目的探析连桂益智颗粒在治疗老年性痴呆中的作用机制。方法抽取2016年4月—2017年4月该院门诊及社区收治的老年性痴呆心肾不交证患者共60例,随机分为两组。对照组30例,单用盐酸多奈哌齐治疗,治疗组30例,采用盐酸多奈哌齐联合连桂益智颗粒联合治疗,观察12周后比较两组患者简易智能精神状态(MMSE)、日常生活能力(ADL)评分的变化及血清Aβ水平的变化。结果治疗组治疗总有效率为83.3%,对照组治疗总有效率为50.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者的MMSE评分、ADL评分、血清Aβ水平无明显区别,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组的MMSE评分、ADL评分、血清Aβ水平均有所改善,治疗组的改善幅度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年性痴呆患者应用连桂益智颗粒进行治疗,可达到较理想的治疗效果,优越性明显,值得推广、应用。
Objective To analyze the mechanism effect of liangui yizhi granules in treatment of senile dementia. Methods 60 cases of senile dementia patients with syndrome of disharmony between heart and kidney admitted and treated in the outpatient and community from April 2016 to April 2017 were extracted and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each, the control group were only treated with donepezil hydrochloride, while the treatment group were treated with liangui yizhi granules combined with donepezil hydrochloride, and the MMSE, changes of ADL and serum Aβ level of the two groups were observed after 12 weeks. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group and in the control group was respectively 83.3% and 50.0%, and the difference was statistically significant(P 〈0.05), before treatment, there were no obvious differences in the MMSE scores, ADL scores and serum Aβ level, the difference was not statistically significant(P〉0.05), after treatment, the MMSE score, ADL score and serum Aβ level were improved,and the improvement range in the treatment group was obviously better than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The effect of liangui yizhi granules in treatment of senile dementia is ideal, and the advantages are obvious, and it is worth promotion and application.
