摘要
目的探讨整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、素养和安全等6S管理模式在膀胱灌注患者护理中的应用效果。方法将98例行膀胱灌注化疗患者随机分为对照组与观察组各49例,对照组采用常规护理配合,观察组给予6S管理模式进行护理干预,比较两组治疗后的自我管理能力、生活质量、不良反应发生率和护理满意度等。结果两组自我管理能力中是否连续灌注化疗,有无定期复查、是否遵医嘱用药、是否按时灌注化疗、有无提前排药、对疾病的认知和生活习惯是否良好等方面差异均有统计学意义(均P <0. 05),在生活质量、不良反应发生率、护理满意度等方面观察组均优于对照组(均P <0. 05)。结论通过6S管理模式,创建了一个良好的护理工作环境,提高了膀胱灌注患者的自我管理能力和护理人员的专业素养与技能,提升了患者的生活质量,提高了护理工作的满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of 6S management mode on patients with bladder perfusion.Methods Patients with 98 routine bladder infusion chemotherapy were divided into control group and observation group（each of 49 cases）. The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the patients in the observation group were given nursing of 6S management mode. The self-management ability, quality of life, incidence of adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction of patients were compared between the two groups.Results There was statistical significance in self-management ability which included continuous perfusion chemotherapy, regular review, following the doctor’s advice, infusion chemotherapy on time, discharging drug ahead of schedule, cognition of the disease, and living habits （all P 〈0.05）. The quality of life, incidence of adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction were all higher in the observation group than those in the control group（all P 〈0.05）.Conclusion The 6S management mode can create a good nursing work environment, improve the self-management ability of the patients with bladder perfusion and nurse professional literacy and skills, it can promote the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the patients.
