摘要
模拟分析旋转式骨架油封关键参数对主唇过盈配合区变形和应力的影响。结果表明,随着过盈量(δ)、弹簧中心与唇尖轴向距离(R)、弹簧刚度系数(K)和油面角(α)增大,油封主唇产生的最大von Mises应力和最大接触压力的变化规律相似;油侧接触宽度几乎不受各参数变化的影响;δ和K对最大接触压力和接触宽度的影响均较大。
The effect of key parameters of rotary skeleton oil seal on the deformation and stress of main lip interference fit zone was simulated. The results showed that with the increase of interference amount(δ),axial distance(R)between spring center and lip tip,spring stiffness coefficient(K)and oil side contact surface angle(α),the maximum von Mises stress and maximum contact pressure of the main sealing lip changed similarly. The oil side contact width was influenced little by the parameters,and the maximum contact pressure and contact width were affected significantly by δ and K.
