摘要
校企合作是高职教育提升教育质量的关键,通过校企合作,可以实现学校与企业之间的资源共享。而目前,高职院校的校企合作存在着多方面的问题,如企业对于校企合作的积极性不高、高职院校的认知度及服务能力不足、行业监督桥梁作用缺失等。因此要促进校企合作的有效进行,行业、企业、高校应多方联动,共同努力,一起培养具有专业知识和职业技能的专门型人才。
School-enterprise cooperation is the key to improving the quality of education in higher vocational colleges.Through school-enterprise cooperation, resources sharing between schools and enterprises can be realized. At present manyproblems exist in school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges, such as the low enthusiasm for school-collegecooperation from the enterprises, the insufficient awareness and service ability, and the lack of supervision from industries.Therefore it needs to promote the effective implementation of school-enterprise cooperation, and industries, enterprises andcolleges should cooperate with each other to train the specialized talents with professional knowledge and professional skills.
