摘要
独活寄生汤邪正兼顾,具有祛风湿、止痹痛、益肝肾、补气血之功,本方对膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效已得到证实,能有效延缓膝骨性关节炎的病程。通过对近五年相关实验研究,发现独活寄生汤治疗膝骨性关节炎的作用机制研究主要集中于炎性细胞因子和细胞凋亡两个方面。独活寄生汤能抑制基质金属蛋白酶(matrix metalloproteinase,MMP)、白介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)的释放,从而延缓关节软骨的退变,线粒体凋亡、内质网应激性凋亡等在骨关节炎的发病过程中发挥着重要的调控作用。
Duhuo Jisheng decoction has the effects of nourishing liver and kidney, dispelling wind dampness and benefitting qi and blood. The clinical efficacy of Duhuo Jisheng decoction treating knee osteoarthritis has been confirmed, and it can effectively delay the course of knee osteoarthritis. In this paper, we reviewed the related experimental studies in the past five years and found that the mechanism of the treatment on knee osteoarthritis was inflammatory cytokines and apoptosis. It can inhibit the degeneration of MMP, IL-6 and TNF-α. And it could delay the degeneration of articular cartilage. In the pathogenesis of osteoarthritis, mitochondrial apoptosis, endoplasmic reticulum stress apoptosis play an important regulatory role.
