摘要
目的:探讨个性化疼痛护理对痛风性肾脏病患者的应用及效果。方法:选择接诊的98例痛风性肾脏病患者,按数字法分为对照组和观察组各49例,对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在此基础上给予个性化疼痛护理。对两组患者护理后疼痛控制有效率、生活质量评分以及对护理满意度进行分析比较。结果:观察组患者疼痛控制总有效率(85.71%)显著高于对照组(59.18%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者在护理前生活质量评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经护理后观察组患者评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者总满意率高达95.92%,对照组为75.51%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对痛风性肾脏病患者在常规护理的基础上结合个性化疼痛护理干预效果显著,可有效控制患者疼痛状况,从而提高其生活质量和对护理的满意度。
Objective：To explore the application and effect of individualized pain nursing in gouty kidney disease patients.Methods：98 cases of gouty kidney disease patients were selected in this subject, digital method used to divide all the patients into the control group（n=49） and the observation group（n=49）. The control group was given the routine nursing, the observation group was given individualized pain nursing based on the control group. Compare and analyze the control efficiency of pain, life quality score and nursing satisfaction of the two groups after nursing. Results：The total effective rate of pain control in the observation group was 85.71, which was significantly higher than the control group 59.18%,The difference is statistically significant（P〈0.05）, and the life quality score of the two groups before nursing, After nursing, the score of observation group was significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）.The total satisfaction rate in the observation group was 95.92 %, the control group was 75.51%.There was a significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： For gouty kidney disease patients, on the basis of routine nursing, combined with individualized pain nursing intervention has remarkable effect, which can effectively control the pain status and improve their life quality and nursing satisfaction.
