摘要
学术期刊的高质量发展离不开优秀作者的支持,优秀作者的发掘并不是一蹴而成的,需要期刊编辑部源源不断地发掘、培养、支持、鼓励,以期刊为中心,建立自己的作者群。在这个过程中,需要编辑以主人翁的意识,充分认识到作者的重要性,以积极主动的服务意识,自觉提高服务作者的水平和质量。尊重作者,善待作者,以作者的合理需求和学科团队的需求为依托,通过缩短审稿周期,保护作者权益,借助各种媒体,全方位大力宣传推广优秀作者等途径,团结作者,提升刊物的影响力。
The high-quality development of academic journals cannot be achieved without the support of excellent authors. The excavation of excellent authors is not a matter of speed. It requires the editorial department of journals to continuously explore, cultivate, support,encourage,and establish its own author group with journals as the center. In this process, editors need to be aware of the importance of the authors, and consciously improve the level and quality- of the service to the au- thors, respect the author,treat the author kindly,rely on the author＇s reasonable needs and the needs of the subject team, protect the author＇ s rights and interests by shortening the review cycle,use all kinds of media to vigorously promote out- standing authors in all aspects, and unite the authors so as to enhance the influenee of publications.
