摘要 为了提高国道交通安全性,建立了基于模糊综合评价的国道交通安全评价模型.针对国道交通安全影响因素的复杂性和模糊性,从"人—车—路—环境"4个方面分析影响道路行车安全的因素的不确定性,从而建立了一个全面、科学、合理的评价指标体系;依据模糊数学的基本理论,建立国道交通安全模糊综合评价模型,并根据最大隶属度的原则确定评价对象的安全等级;将该评价模型应用于104国道天津段某处,通过调查实际数据探索事故发生原因从而确定各影响因子的权重,并由问卷调查得出国道安全评价指标评分表,系统的对该路段进行了安全性评价,且得出的评价结果与实际相符.以模糊综合评价方法对国道交通安全进行系统评价,对于国道安全评价具有一定的现实意义. In order to improve the national highway traffic safety, a national road traffic safety evaluation model based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was established. Because of the complexity and ambiguity of influencing factors of national road traffic safety, this paper analyzed the uncertainties of factors affecting road safety from four aspects (drivers, vehicle, road and environment), and established a comprehensive, scientific and reasonable evaluation index system. According to the basic theory of fuzzy mathematics, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of national road traffic safety was established, and the safety level of the evaluation object was determined according to the principle of maximum membership degree. The evaluation model was applied to the section of Tianjin section of 104 national road. Explore the causes of accidents by investigating actual data to determine the weight of each impact factor. The national security assessment index score table was obtained by questionnaire smwey. Evaluate the safety of actual road sections, the results show that the evaluation results are in accordance with the actual situation. The systematic evaluation of national traffic safety with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method has certain practical significance for the national road safety evalua- tion.
