摘要
以4,4'二氨基二苯甲烷作为固化剂对邻甲酚醛环氧树脂进行固化反应研究,使用差示扫描量热法对固化热力学研究,通过Kissinger法测得固化反应表观活化能Ea为52.70kJ/mol,用Flynn-Wall-Ozawa测得非等温固化反应活化能为56.929kJ/mol。此外,用傅里叶变换红外光谱对固化反应历程进行了探讨,用热分析法对固化树脂的热分解动力学进行研究,固化产物在动态N2气氛下热降解机理为一级反应模式。
The o-cresol formaldehyde resinwas cured with 4,4'-diaminodiphenylmethanecuring agent.The curing reaction kineticswas studied by differential scanning calorimetry.The apparent activation energy of curing reaction Ea was 52.70 k J/mol and the activation energy of non-isothermal curing reaction with Flynn-Wall-Ozawa was56.929 k J/mol.The curing reaction process was studied by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.Thermal analysiswas used to study the decomposition kinetics of the cure resin.
