摘要
搭建了单极子电磁镊装置,从理论上推导了磁性微球所受磁场力,根据磁性微球匀速运动时所受粘滞阻力和磁场力相等,得到了溶液的粘滞系数表达式。以直径2.5μm的磁性微球为探针,在单极子电磁镊装置上测量了室温下磷酸盐缓冲液粘滞系数。测量结果表明测得的磷酸盐缓冲液粘滞系数数值稳定,离散度较小。
In this paper,the monopole electromagnetic tweezers is set up.The electromagnetic force exerted on the magnetic microsphere is theoretically deduced.The viscosity coefficient expression of the solution is obtained under the condition that the viscous drag force is equal to the electromagnetic force as the magnetic microsphere moves at a constant speed.The viscosity coefficient of the phosphate buffer solution at room temperature was measured through a magnetic microsphere with a diameter of 2.5 μm as a probe.
