Objective To explore the relationship diness in colorectal cancer patients. Methods By c October 2016 to May 2017 were investigated with among post traumatic growth, resilience and family bar onvenience sampling,128 colorectal cancer patients from using general questionnaire, family hardiness Inventory (FHI),post traumatic growth Inventory (PTGI) and The 10-item Connor Davidson Resilience Scale (CDRISC). Results The score of FHI was (56.30± 7. 25), the total score of PTGI was (67. 19 ± 18. 10), and the total score of CD RISC was (52.53±8.16). The Pearson analysis demonstrated that the total score of FHI and its dimensions were positively correlated with the scores of PTGI and the scores of CD RISC. Multi factor analysis showed that family income, medical expense, interpersonal relationships, personal a bility, new possibilities, appreciation of life and the spiritual change were the influencing factors of FHI. Conclusions Posttraumatic growth, psychological resilience and family hardiness of colorectal cancer pa tients are closely related. Healthcare providers can carry out targeted nursing interventions according to the pa tient's status, posttraumatic growth and psychological resilience level thus to improve their family resilience.
