摘要
辽宁省建平县水资源极端贫乏,人均水资源量不足400 m3,供需矛盾突出。以建平县境内第二牤牛河流域唯一的水文站叶柏寿水文站为例,通过对第二牤牛河的降水量、径流量、蒸发量、含沙量、水资源情况及水质变化规律进行分析,为建平县开展第二牤牛河水资源开发利用工程优化配置方案调整论证工作提供科学依据和指导性方案。
Jianping County is extremely scarce in water resource;the water resource per capita is less than 400 m3,which lead to water supply and demand contradiction. In this paper,using records at the hydrological station in Yebaishou of Jianping County,the precipitation,runoff,water evaporation capacity,sediment and water resource at the Second Mangniu River are discussed;furthermore,hydrological evolution and water quality variation are analyzed. The study results provide a scientific basis for guiding water resource development and utilization in Jianping County.
