摘要
通过对常规增强环氧管道用直接纱310浸润剂配方进行优化,开发全新的310S产品,并制得环氧绝缘管,然后对比测试其力学性能和电气性能并进行分析,结果发现,与310浸润剂相比,310S产品毛羽更少,并且增强环氧绝缘管的力学性能和电气性能均有大幅度提高,特别是耐电击穿方面性能突出。310S的开发成功进一步拓宽了空心复合绝缘子的应用领域。
A new direct roving 310S, which was appropriate for making hollow composite insulators, was developed based on the optimization of 310. Electrical and mechanical properties of 310S were systematically measured and compared with 310. The results showed that 310S had less fuzz and better electrical and mechanical properties in epoxy insulation tubes. Therefore, 310S was more suitable to reinforce epoxy to make hollow composite insulators, This work could not only promote the development of hollow composite insulators, but also expand the application field of hollow composite insulators.
