机动车闯红灯行为类型划分及特征分析 被引量:1

Classification and Characteristic Analysis of Red Light Running Behaviors of Motorized Vehicles

摘要 为深入研究机动车闯红灯行为类型及特征,引入临界距离的概念,结合红灯启亮及结束,将机动车闯红灯行为划分为3类:红灯启亮时故意闯红灯行为、红灯启亮时无意闯红灯行为及红灯结束时闯红灯行为.在视频观测数据的基础上,统计分析上述3类闯红灯车辆数,并应用Z检验法探究不同交通控制和管理设施等条件下机动车闯红灯行为的特征.结果显示:红灯启亮时机动车闯红灯行为多数为故意闯红灯行为,而无意闯红灯行为亦占较大比例;红灯结束时机动车闯红灯行为较少;倒计时、自动抓拍照相机、绿闪、不同限速值及高峰时段条件下红灯启亮时机动车故意和无意闯红灯,以及红灯结束时机动车闯红灯的闯灯率呈现出明显的差异. In order to classify and analyze the characteristics of red light running behaviors of motorized vehicles,the concept of critical distance was introduced,and red light running behaviors were classified into three categories—deliberate red light violation at red onset,unintentional red light violation at red onset,and red light violation at red end—according to the start and end time of red light. Based on video observation data,the number of motorized vehicles that commit any of the afore-mentioned three categories of red light violations was statistically analyzed,and then their characteristics under various traffic control and management conditions were explored by the z-test method. The results show that the majority of red light runners at red start are deliberate,while the unintentional red light violators also share some proportion. At the end of red light,there are a few vehicles violating red light as well. Additionally,the rates of red light running are obviously varying between those three classifications of red light running under the conditions of countdown timer,automatic red light camera,green flashing device,different speed limits and peak period.
