摘要
目的探讨虚拟现实环境中可用来评估视觉诱导晕动症(visually induced motion sickness,VIMS)的生理指标。方法采用基于虚拟现实的汽车驾驶模拟器诱发VIMS症状,并在实验过程中采集受试者的主观VIMS级别数据和客观数据;进而使用主观和客观相结合的方法对VIMS进行评估。结果以下生理指标非VIMS状态和VIMS状态存在显著性差异:(1)收缩压功率谱密度标准差(P=0.004);(2)脉搏率功率谱密度标准偏差(P=0.010);(3)收缩压与脉搏率最大互相关系数的均值(P=0.001);(4)舒张压与脉搏率最大互相关系数的均值(P=0.025);(5)收缩压与脉搏率相干系数的均值(P=0.001);(6)收缩压与脉搏率相干系数的标准偏差(P=0.004);(7)眨眼频率(BO-driving-AO组P=0.014;BC-AC组P=0.010)。结论在虚拟现实环境中,血压、脉搏率和眨眼频率与视觉诱导晕动症存在关系;本文所提出的指标可作为评估VIMS的生理指标。
Objective To find the physiological indicators for visually induced motion sickness( VIMS) evaluation in virtual reality environment. Methods A virtual-reality-based vehicle-driving simulator was used to induce VIMS symptoms,and the subjective VIMS level data and objective data of the subjects were collected throughout the experiment. The subjective and objective methods were combined to evaluate the VIMS after data collection. Results The following physiological indicators were significantly different from non-VIMS state and VIMS state:( 1) Standard deviation of power spectral density( PSD) of systolic pressure( P = 0. 004);( 2) Standard deviation of PSD of pulse rate( P = 0. 010);( 3) Mean of the maximum cross-correlation coefficient between systolic pressure and pulse rate( P = 0. 001);( 4) Mean of the maximum cross-correlation coefficient between diastolic pressure and pulse rate( P = 0. 025);( 5) Mean value of the coherence coefficient between systolic pressure and pulse rate( P = 0. 001);( 6) Standard deviation of the coherence coefficient between systolic pressure and pulse rate( P = 0. 004);( 7) Blink rate( Group BO-driving-AO,P = 0. 014;Group BC-AC,P = 0. 010). Conclusion In VR environment,the blood pressure,pulse rate,and blink rate of a person are associated with VIMS,and the proposed indicators can be used as the VIMS evaluation indicators.
