摘要
以F127为模板剂,以间苯二酚-甲醛树脂为碳前躯体,硼酸为硼源制备了一系列不同硼碳比的硼掺杂介孔碳材料BC-X(X为硼碳的摩尔比),并对其进行了表征,考察了其对甲基橙和亚甲基蓝的吸附性能。结果表明,采用水热法制备的材料具有良好的有序介孔结构,对甲基橙和亚甲基蓝的去除率均达到了95%以上且重复利用性能优越。在吸附时间为1 h、温度为273 K时,BC-0.0625对MO和MB的最大吸附量分别达到了265 mg/g和241 mg/g。动力学实验中,BC-0.0625对MO和MB的去除率分别达到100%和99.2%。吸附动力学符合准2级模型,吸附行为与Langmuir等温模型一致,表明所制备的材料是一种良好的染料吸附剂。
Using F127 as template, resorcinol-formaldehyde resin as carbon precursor and boric acid as boron source, a series of boron doped mesoporous carbon materials BC-X with different boron/carbon ratios (X is the ratio of boron and carbon) were prepared. The prepared BC-X was characterized, and the adsorption properties for methyl orange and methylene blue were investigated. The results showed that materials prepared by hydrothermal method had good mesoporous structure, the removal efficiency of methyl orange and methyl blue were above 95% and the reuse performance was superior. When adsorption time was 1 h, temperature was 273 K, the adsorption capacity of MO and MB onto BC-0.0625 reached 265 mg/g and 241 mg/g, respectively. In dynamic experiment, the removal rate of MO and MB by BC-0.062 5 reached 100% and 99.2%, respectively. The adsorption kinetics was in accordance with the pseudo-secondary model, and the adsorption behavior was consistent with the Langmuir isothermal model, indicating that the prepared material was a good dye adsorbent.
