Analysis on emergency standard of atmospheric environmental risk

摘要 环境应急标准是一个规定的阈限浓度值(毒性终点值),对于突发环境事件的应急处置有重要意义。通过介绍美国、欧盟等国家和地区的环境风险应急标准体系,结合我国现行环境风险应急阈值选择情况,指出我国环境应急阈值选择的弊端,并给出阈值选取建议。 Environmental emergency criteria is a defined threshold concentration value(toxic endpoint),is of great significance for emergency disposal of environmental emergencies.Through the introduction of the United States,the European Union and other countries and regions of environmental risk emergency standard system,combining the current environmental risk emergency threshold selection,the disadvantages of environmental emergency threshold selection in our country were pointed out,and some suggestions on threshold value selection were given.
