摘要
目的探讨腹腔灌注顺铂联合深部热疗治疗卵巢癌的疗效及对腹腔积液控制情况的影响。方法回顾性分析60例卵巢癌患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法的不同将患者分为观察组(n=30)和对照组(n=30),观察组患者接受腹腔灌注顺铂联合深部热疗,对照组患者接受单纯的腹腔灌注顺铂治疗。比较两组患者的近期疗效、腹腔积液控制情况、糖类抗原125(CA125)有效率及不良反应发生情况。结果两组患者均顺利完成治疗,治疗后观察组患者的总有效率和疾病控制率分别为86.67%和96.67%,分别高于对照组的63.33%和80.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。治疗后观察组患者的腹腔积液控制率为96.67%,高于对照组的80.00%;观察组患者的CA125有效率为83.33%,高于对照组的60.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。两组患者的不良反应发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论腹腔灌注顺铂联合深部热疗治疗卵巢癌的临床疗效显著,可有效提高患者的近期疗效,改善腹腔积液情况,且无严重的不良反应,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of intraperitoneal infusion of cisplatin combined with deep hyperther- mia therapy on ovarian cancer and its effect on improvement of ascites. Method The clinical data of 60 patients with ovarian cancer were retrospectively analyzed and divided into observation group （n=30） and control group （n=30） accord- ing to the treatment regimens. Patients in observation group received intraperitoneal infusion of cisplatin combined with deep hyperthermia therapy, patients in control group received simple intraperitoneal infusion of cisplatin therapy. The short-term effects, control of ascites, CA125 effective rate and the incidence of adverse reactions of patients in the two groups were compared and analyzed. Result The overall response rate （86.67%） and disease control rate （96.67%） in the observation group were significantly higher than those （63.33%, 80.00%） in the control group, the difference were statisti- cally significant （P〈0.05）. The ascites control rate （96.67%） and the effective rate of CA125 （83.33%） were significantly higher in the observation group than those （80.00%, 60.00%） in the control group （P〈0.05）. There was no significant dif- ference in adverse events between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Intraperitoneal infusion of cisplatin combined with deep hyperthermia therapy in the treatment of ovarian cancer patients can significantly improve the short-term ef- fects, improve the situation of ascites, and is without serious adverse reactions, which is worth of clinical application.
