食管癌,贲门癌术后肠道内和肠道外营养治疗探讨:附6例临床报道 被引量:2

Enteral and Parenteral Hyperalimentation in Patients with Esophageal and Gastric Cardia Cancer after Surgery. A Report of 6 Cases

摘要 肠道内、外营养疗法,近10年来已发展成为辅助外科及治疗危重病人的一种有效手段。本院胸科对食管癌、贲门癌术后采用肠道内加肠道外营养治疗2例及肠道外营养治疗4例的氮平衡情况进行了分析。认为食管癌、贲门癌病人术后辅以肠道内营养加肠道外营养治疗,如能提供10~12g/日氮和一定比例充分的热量即可纠正负氮平衡,维持正氮平衡,从而防止体内蛋白质储备的消耗,利于组织修复和伤口愈合,避免病人在术后短期内体重持续下降。 Enteral and parenteral nutritional supplement has undergone rapid progress in the past decades as a result of which it contributes much in treating critically ill patients. Six cases were treated with success using hyperalimentation. Among them, 2 received both enteral and parenteral hypernourishment and 4 cases only parenterally. Enteral feeding combined with parenteral approach could provide as much as 10-12g nitrogen daily and a certain amount of calories. And, in this way negative nitrogen balanced could be corrected and in a positive equilibrium in postoperative patients with esophageal and gastric cardia cancer.
