摘要
随着我国人口结构老年化进程的加速,人口老龄化问题已经成为全社会关注的焦点;老年人是全民健康的重要组成部分。高龄老人常伴多种慢性病、老年综合征、不同程度的躯体功能下降以及复杂的社会心理问题,传统的医学评估及健康管理能力有限。老年综合评估(CGA)通过多维度评估老年人整体健康水平,不仅可以评价高龄老年人的健康问题,同时还能够反映高龄老年人的日常功能、精神和社会环境等方面的问题;可以加强现有高龄老人健康管理的内容,提高健康管理工作的全面性、系统性和科学性,成为国内外老年保健和健康管理领域的重要手段。本文就老年综合评估在高龄老人健康管理中的作用作一综述。
The aging process of Chinese population structure is accelerating,the aging issue has become the fo- cus of social attention. The elderly are an important part of national health and usually accompanied by multiple chronic diseases, geriatric syndromes, decline of physical function and complex social and psychological problems. The traditional medical evaluation and health managenlent are linfited. Comprehensive geriatric assessment （CGA） can not only evalu- ate the health problem of elderly population, but also reflect the daily function, mental and social environment and other problems by multidinlensional health assessment. It can strengthen the existing content of the elderly health managenlent, to make health management development more comprehensive, systematic and scientific; become an important mean in the field of elderly health care and health management at home and abroad. This paper reviews the role of comprehensive geriatric assessment in elderly- people＇s health management.
