空心螺钉置入内固定治疗Weber B型踝关节骨折效果观察 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨空心螺钉置入内固定治疗Weber B型踝关节骨折的临床效果。方法选取许昌市中心医院收治的69例Weber B型踝关节骨折患者,依据手术术式分为对照组(34例)和观察组(35例)。对照组患者接受切开复位内固定治疗,观察组患者接受空心螺钉置入内固定治疗。比较两组患者踝关节功能恢复效果及术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组踝关节功能恢复优良率为91.43%(32/35),高于对照组64.71%(22/34),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为5.71%(2/35),低于对照组为26.47%(9/34),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论空心螺钉置入内固定治疗Weber B型踝关节骨折效果显著,有助于术后踝关节功能恢复,并发症少,值得推广应用。
