摘要
目的:优化固本安神胶囊的制备工艺。方法:采用正交试验考察固本安神胶囊的醇提工艺;通过出不同因素、水平的正交,以出膏率、乙醇浸出物、葛根素含量为考察指标。结果:优化的提取工艺,葛根素含量达到220mg,出膏率、浸出物稳定。结论:优选最佳提取工艺条件合理、稳定、可行。
Objective： To optimize the preparation process of Guben Anshen Capsule. Methods： The alcohol extraction process of Guben Anshen Capsules was investigated by orthogonal test. By the orthogonality of different factors and levels, the extraction rate, ethanol extract, and puerarin content were used as indexes. Results： With the optimized extraction process, the puerarin content reached 220 mg, and the paste yield and extract stability were stable. Conclusion： The optimum extraction process conditions are reasonable, stable and feasible.
