摘要
本文通过分析管路在加工过程中存在的问题基础上,提出了采用逆向工程,获取管路的点云,反向建立管路三维模型,再通过数控弯管保证管路加工质量一致性的方法。该方法完全满足生产需要,质量稳定可靠。
Based on analyzing the existing problems in the course of manufacturing pipelines, the methods of insuring manufacturing quality consistency by reverse engineering that constructing digital model from point cloud and CNC bending for pipelines were introduced. The method could meet actual requirements and the part quality is stable.
