摘要
和如火如荼的大学英语教学改革形成鲜明对比的是,研究生公共英语受到的关注相对较少,并且自身也存在一些问题,比如教学大纲二十多年没有更新,教学目标依然不够清晰,教学模式相对较为落后。基于这种现状,作者提出解决方式是将研究生公共英语教学重新定位,采用近几年来广泛受到关注的PBL(Project-based Learning)教学模式,以教师为主导,以学生为主体,将大项目作为期末展示的内容,并将其分解成若干小的项目,以小组讨论和自我探究相结合的方式完成课前准备、课上展示和课后反思三个步骤,以期达到学生在完成项目的同时实现学术语言能力的提高。
In contrast to the fierce reform of college English teaching, postgraduate public English has received relatively littleattention, and there are also some problems of its own. For example, the syllabus has not been updated for more than 20 years, theteaching goals are still not clear enough, and the teaching model is relatively backward. Based on this situation, the author proposesthat the solution is to reposition the public English teaching of graduate students and adopt the PBL teaching model that has receivedextensive attention in recent years. It is dominated by teachers and student-based. Taking large projects as part of the final presentation and breaking them down into small ones, the three steps of preparation, presentation and reflection after class are done inacombination of group discussions and self-inquiry, in order to achieve students in the completion of the project at the same time toachieve the improvement of academic language skills.
