摘要
目的：探寻中医药治疗病理性瘢痕的用药规律。为临床治疗病理性瘢痕提供处方思路。方法：在中国知网、维普期刊网、万方数据库中检索中医药治疗病理性瘢痕的相关文献，时间为1999年7月1日～2017年7月1日。共检索到文献768篇，经双人筛选后得到符合研究要求的文献27篇。将文献中使用的中医药方剂填入Excel2010进行分析汇总，对其使用频次、药对、药性进行排序，制表，使用Ucinet6．0、IBM SPSS20．0数据挖掘软件时用药特点进行统计分析整理。结果：本次研究共纳入方剂27个，其中涉及中药78味，其中超过4次有18味。其中使用药性味数最多为活血化瘀药，通过聚类分析显示为活血化瘀、清热化痰软坚常用的配伍药类。结论：活血化瘀，清热化痰软坚治疗病理性瘢痕有良好效果。
Objective ： To investigate the medication regularity of Chinese medicine for pathological scar. To provide a prescription for the clinical treatment of pathological scar. Methods ： In CNKI, VIP journal net and Wanfang database, the relevant literature of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of pathological scar from July 1st 1999 - July 1st, 2017 were searched. A total of 768 pieces of literature were retrieved, and 27 papers met the requirements of the study after double screening. The traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions used in the literature were filled into Excel 2010 for a- nalysis and summarization, and the frequency, drug pairs and drug properties were sorted and tabulated. Ucinet 6.0 and IBM SPSS 20.0 data mining software were used for statistical analysis of the characteristics of medication finishing. Re- sults： The study included 27 prescriptions, of which 78 were involved in Chinese medicine, 4 of which had 18 kinds of drugs. Among them, the use frequency of drugs for activating blood circulation drugs was high. The cluster analysis showed that drugs for activating blood circulation, clearing heat, resolving phlegm, softening the mass are commonly used for combination. Conclusion： The drugs for activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis, clearing away heat and resolving phlegm and softening the mass have better effect on treating pathological scars.
