摘要
40 m双线整孔预制箱梁已研制成功,并纳入铁路新线设计计划。而目前现有32 m双线整孔预制箱梁静载试验台远不能满足即将生产的40 m预制箱梁的静载试验要求。本文对预应力钢管混凝土自平衡式静载试验装置的工作原理、技术特点等方面做了说明,并对自平衡式静载试验装置的受力分析进行了计算,得到该试验装置可以用于40 m双线整孔预制箱梁的静载试验。并且从技术应用、经济效益等方面对自平衡静载试验进行分析,得出此静载试验装置是一种技术先进、安全适用、经济合理、适应搬迁的新型静载试验台。
The 40 m double-line full-hole prefabricated box girder has been successfully developed and incorporated into the new railway line design plan. However, the current 32 m double-line fall-hole prefabricated box girder static load test platform is far from meeting the static load test requirements of the 40 m prefabricated box girder production. This paper describes the working principles and technical characteristics of the self-balancing static load test device for prestressed concrete-filled steel tube (CFST), and carries out force analysis of the self-balancing static load tester, concluding that the device can be used to test the 40 m double-line full-hole prefabricated box girder. By analyzing technical application prospect and economic benefits of self-balancing static load test, it is concluded that this static load test device is a new static load test platform that is advanced in technology, and it is safe, economical and applicable to relocation.
