摘要
讨论了挤出机三辊与模具间的距离、发泡炉冷却牵引辊速度、发泡倍率、DCP用量、熔体流动速率(MFR)对化学交联聚乙烯(XPE)发泡材料收缩率的影响。结果表明:挤出机三辊与模具间的距离越大,XPE发泡材料的收缩率越高,通常将三辊与模具间的距离控制在100 mm左右;发泡炉冷却牵引辊速度越快,XPE发泡材料的收缩率越高,一般发泡20倍XPE材料的冷却牵引辊速度控制在6.9 m/min左右;随着XPE材料发泡倍率的增大,其收缩率也提高,但提高的趋势逐渐减缓;在相同发泡倍率下,随着DCP用量的增加,XPE发泡材料的凝胶含量逐渐提高,收缩率逐渐降低,DCP用量为0.8份时,XPE材料具有较高的发泡倍率和较低的收缩率;在相同发泡倍率下,随着MFR的增加,XPE发泡材料的收缩率逐渐提高,通常聚乙烯的MFR在0.8-1.5g/10min较为适宜。
The influences of the distance between the three roller and the die of the extruder, the speed of the cooling towing roller, the foaming rate, the amount of DCP and the melt index on the shrinkage of the XPE foam were discussed. The results show that: the larger the distance between the three roller and the die, the greater the shrinkage of XPE foam material. Usually the distance between the three rollers and the die is controlled at about 100 mm. The greater the speed of the cooling towing roll for the foaming furnace, the greater the shrinkage of the XPE foamed material is. Generally, the speed of the cooling traction roller of 20 times XPE material is controlled at about 6.9 m/min. With the increase of XPE material foaming rate, its shrinkage rate also increases, but the trend of improvement gradually slows down. Under the same foaming times, with the increase of DCP dosage, the gel content of XPE foams increases gradually, and the shrinkage rate gradually decreases. When the dosage of DCP is 0.8 phr, XPE has higher foaming rate and lower shrinkage. Under the same foaming rate, with the increase of MFR, the shrinkage rate of XPE foams increases gradually, and the MFR of polyethylene is generally more suitable for 0.8-1.5 g/10 min.
