摘要 随着人造革材料的性能、外观质量及制造水平日趋成熟,费者对汽车内饰的舒适性和环保性更加关注,新的人造革材料得已广泛应用到了整车内部装饰件中。本文介绍了一种基于耐磨革的材料特性及工艺要求,通过对企业标准和行业内的材料应用及性能要求进行对比研究,对现有耐磨革及底基布进行一系列选型和工艺优化,最终达成了座椅面套的材料性能及功能设计要求,并可在合资品牌高端车型上广泛应用。 With the performance, appearance quality and manufacturing level of the artificial leather are becoming more and more mature, and customers pay more attention to the comfort and environmental of the automobile interior, the new types of artificial leather widely used in the interior decoration parts of the vehicle. This paper introduces a kind of base on the material characteristics and technological requirements of the wear-resisting artificial leather. Through the comparison and study of the application and performance requirements of the enterprise and intra-industry, a series of selection and process optimization of the existing wear-resisting artificial leather and base fabric were carried out. The material performance and the function design requirements of the seat cover are finally reached, and it can be widely used in the high-end model of the joint venture brand.
