摘要
文章针对大倾角大断面暗斜井掘进过程中,存在井筒倾角超过综掘机自适应坡度、井筒断面无法一次成型、综掘机倒机困难一系列问题,分别提出人工留平台、加大综掘机与地板摩擦力、增设倒车油缸、改造带式输送机等技术措施。采取了加强劳动组织管理,加强职工素质培训,加强设备日常维护工作等管理措施。对施工过程中敲帮问顶、绞车安放、运料排矸进行了详细规定,保证安全施工。经生产实践:该措施使巷道掘进速度增加了2m/d。这说明采取的措施有明显效果,对同类型暗斜井施工有一定指导意义。
In the excavation of large-angle and large-section deep inclined shafts,there are problems such as,the wellbore inclination angle exceeds the adaptive slope of the comprehensive excavator,the wellbore section cannot be formed once,and the comprehensive excavator is difficult to reverse. In this paper,technical measures were proposed such as retaining platform,increasing the friction between comprehensive mining machine and floor,adding reversing cylinders,and transforming belt conveyors. Management measures were taken such as strengthening the management of labor organizations,the training of employees,and the daily maintenance of equipment. During the construction process,ribtapping,winch setting, material and gangue transporting were detailed to ensure safe construction. According to production practice,with this measure,the tunneling speed was increased by 2 m/day. The measures taken have obvious effects and have certain guiding significance for the construction of the same type of subinclined shaft.
