改良Stoppa入路与腹直肌外侧入路手术治疗髋臼骨折的比较研究 被引量：5

摘要 目的比较改良Stoppa入路与腹直肌外侧入路手术治疗髋臼骨折的临床疗效。方法纳入自2012-01—2017-01诊治的80例髋臼骨折,采用腹直肌外侧入路手术治疗35例(观察组),采用改良Stoppa入路手术治疗45例(对照组)。结果 80例均获得至少10个月随访。观察组与对照组骨折复位质量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组术中出血量较对照组少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但是2组骨折显露时间、手术时间、术后住院时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组与对照组术后5、10个月改良Merle d’Aubigne-Postel评分及Mc Gill疼痛评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与改良Stoppa入路手术相比,腹直肌外侧入路手术治疗髋臼骨折手术创伤更小,术后并发症发生率更低。
