摘要
研究了番茄表面可见-近红外波段漫反射率,采用波长为525nm、625nm、850nm和940nm的4种LED作为光源,设计番茄色选系统。利用STM32单片机作为主控芯片,控制LED先后照射番茄表面,采用硅光电池作为光电探测器接收番茄的反射回波,根据各波长照射时被测番茄反射回波的强度判断番茄的大小、成熟度和洁净程度。系统采用调制技术避免了环境光的干扰,提高了系统稳定性。论文对系统原理和电路设计进行了分析,并进行了实验研究,验证了系统的可行性。系统用于构成番茄色选样机的测试分选精度达到90%以上,满足系统要求。
Visible-near infrared band diffuse reflectance of tomato surface is studied in this paper,different LEDs with wavelengths of 525 nm,625 nm,850 nm and 940 nm are used as light sources,a tomato color sorting system is designed. The system uses STM32 as the master chip. When the system works,the surface of the tested tomato is irradiated by lights from different LEDs and reflects echo to silicon photocells. And then,the size,maturity and cleanliness of the tomato can be calculated using the intensities of the received reflected echo. Modulation technology is used in the system to avoid interference caused by the ambient lights,thus the stability is improved. The principle and the circuit design of the system are analyzed in this paper,and the experimental studies are also carried out to verify the feasibility of the system principle. The system is applied to form a tomato color-sorting prototype,of which the tested accuracy for color sorting is over 90% and meets the system requirements.
