摘要 近年来大量研究发现microRNAs在多种肿瘤中异常表达,并且与肿瘤发生、演化与进展密切相关。microRNAs与肿瘤干细胞的功能相关性得到了进一步揭示,为认识肿瘤发生机制提供了重要依据。而microRNAs在肿瘤诊断和治疗方面的研究更是推动了其从基础研究向临床应用的转化。 In recent years,a large number of researches have found that microRNAs are abnormally expressed in many tumors,and are closely related to tumorigenesis,evolution and progression of cancer. The functional correlation between microRNAs and tumor stem cells has been identified,which provides an solid basis for understanding the mechanism of tumorigenesis. Furthermore,the research of microRNAs in cancer diagnosis and treatment has promoted the transformation from basic research to clinical performance.
