摘要
铝合金机壳是交流风机的重要零件,因而机壳压铸模是风机生产中最重要的工艺装备之一。针对双法兰机壳的压铸模涉及的3处分型面要求和长距抽芯时发生干涉的情况,依托实践验证和结构优化分析,获得一种结构简单、加工方便、无飞边的定、动模和零失误的先复位机构的优化设计;采用高效低成本的螺旋槽浇口套成功解决中心浇口与内浇口的扭断问题。
Aluminum alloy housing is an important component in AC fan,so die-casting die is one of the most important equipment in the production of fan.For die casting die for double-flange housing,aiming at the requirements of three corresponding parting surfaces and the interference situation during longdistance core-pulling,based on practice and structural optimization analysis,pre-reset mechanism was achieved,which has a fixed-moving die parting surface with concise structure,convenient machining,artistic parting surface and absence of casting fin as well as an optimal design of zero-failure.High-efficiency low-cost spiral groove sprue bush was adopted to solve the distortion problem of the flow gate of center gate.
