摘要
"一带一路"倡议为沿线国家的经济发展提供了新的源泉,但应清醒地认识到,跨国有组织犯罪威胁着沿线国家的安全与稳定,因此,需要高度融合的国际侦查取证合作为其保驾护航。我国虽然与域内各国在侦查取证合作中取得了一些成果,但所面临的困境也日益凸显,一定程度上影响了侦查取证合作的纵深发展。面对这些困境,我们应该从审批权限下放、人才培养、国内与国际法完善等方面深化侦查取证合作,助力"一带一路"。
＂Belt and Road Initiative＂provides a new source for the countries＇ economic development along the belt and road,but we should be aware that transnational organized crimes threaten the security and stability of these countries. Therefore a highly integrated international investigation cooperation is needed for the escort.Although China has made some achievements in the cooperation with other countries in the investigation and collection of evidence,the difficulties confronted with China have become increasingly prominent,which has influenced the deep cooperation of investigation and forensics to some extent. In the face of these difficulties,we should deepen the cooperation of investigation and forensics from such aspects as the decentralization of approval authority,personnel training,and the improvement of domestic and international laws,making contribution to ＂The Belt and Road＂.
