摘要
智能移动终端和移动网络的飞速发展为地理信息的移动应用提供了新的机遇。以城市规划移动应用需求出发,研究一套应用于移动地理信息系统的数据组织框架体系、数据的管理维护、移动端数据同步更新及其敏感数据上网所需的脱密处理等关键技术。通过研究的关键技术,开发了常州市天宁区规划辅助决策移动系统,为城市建设资源整合共享提供了有效载体,将"多规合一保支撑"落实至管理主体与实施主体。
The rapid development of smart mobile terminals and mobile networks has provided new opportunities for geographic information application on mobile devices.Based on the requirement of mobile applications on urban planning, focuses on the research of technologies applied to mobile geographic information system, including data organization framework,data management and maintenance, data synchronization updates on mobile devices as well as sensitive data encryption. A mobile system aimed at aiding planning strategies are developed based on these technologies,providing sup-ports for the intergration and sharing of urban construction resources,and making combinations of multiple city planning strategies implementing among managerment and implementation sides possible.
