摘要
目的:观察第三代头孢菌素的致热作用。方法:对20例感染患儿使用头孢类抗生素,记录用药前后的体温变化。结果:13例平均体温和最高体温都升高,体温平均升高0.335℃,可出现40.3℃的高热,体温开始升高最早在用药的当天,多数在用药后的次日,持续多为3天。结论:第三代头孢菌素加速革兰阴性细菌的内毒素释放,造成病人在用药早期出现发热等中毒症状加重的情况。
Objective:To observe the fever caused by third-generation cephalosporins.Methods: Temperatures of 15 infected cases treated by third-generation cephalosporins were observed and compared with the temperatures before treatment.Results: Both the mean temperatures and highest temperatures rose ( P < 0.02) in 13 cases.The earliest temperature rising began at the first day of treatment.Most temperature risings began at second day and lasted 3 days. Conclusion:Third-generation cephalosporins can enhance the releasing of endotoxin of G- bacterium and enhance the temperature rising of infected children in the early period of treatment.
