摘要
目的对在护理教学中应用床边护理教学的价值进行分析,以探讨此种护理教学模式的教学效果。方法以2016年参加护理专业的学生200例作为研究对象,按学号的奇偶数分为考查组和对照组。每组100名。考查组在常规护理带教方案的基础上进行系统的床边护理教学。对照组只采用常规护理带教方案进行带教。观察期满后,将2组护生的理论考试成绩和护理技能操作成绩进行比较。结果 2组护生的理论考试成绩差异,无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组护生的护理技能操作成绩差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在护理教学中应用床边护理教学,能够提高护生的技能操作水平,为护生们以后的正式上岗做好坚实的基础,得到了用人单位的一致好评,值得在以后的临床护理带教中推广运用。
Objective To analyze the value of bedside nursing teaching in nursing teaching in order to explore the teaching effect of this kind of nursing teaching model. Methods 200 nursing students in 2016 were divided into experiment group and control group according to the odd and even number of student number. There are 100 people in each group. The experiment group carried out systematic bedside nursing teaching on the basis of routine nursing teaching program. In the control group, the routine nursing program was used only. At the end of the observation period, the scores of theoretical examination and nursing skill were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the scores of theoretical examination between the two groups( P〉0.05). There was significant difference in nursing skill between the two groups( P〈0.05). Conclusion The application of bedside nursing teaching in nursing teaching can improve the skill level of nursing students and provide a solid foundation for nursing students to take up their posts in the future, which has been well received by employers. It is worth popularizing and applying in clinical nursing teaching in the future.
