多喷嘴液液引射器的试验与数值模拟研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用控制变量法,模拟研究了不同进出口压力等因素对多喷嘴液液引射器性能及增压效果的影响规律。结果表明,在引射泵组中,随着工作压力和引射压力增大,引射器的引射系数和引射流量都增大;而随着出口压力增大,引射器的引射系数和引射流量减小;引射器出口压力的增加对引射泵组中的泵前增压效果优于工作压力和引射压力;泵前压力随引射器进出口压力的增大而增大。试验在综合考虑泵的效率和增压效果后,采用30%回流率,引射泵组可提高1.59 m压头,与模拟结果 1.54 m吻合较好。 Using control variable method the effect of different inlet and outlet pressure on the performance and supercharging effect was simulated. The results showed that along with the increase of working pressure and injection pressure in the ejector pump group,the entrainment coefficient and flow rate increased; howerver with the increase of outlet pressure,the entrainment coefficient and the flow rate decreased; the effect of outlet pressure on front pump pressure was better than that of working pressure and injection pressure; the front pump pressure increased with the increase of inlet and outlet pressure. After considering pump efficiency and supercharging effect,the test used 30% backflow rate,the ejector pump group could improve 1. 59 m pressure head,which agreed well with simulation result 1. 54 m.
