摘要
采用顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱联用技术测定林下西洋山参(Mountain-cultivated american ginseng,McAG)和园地栽培西洋参(Garden-cultivated american ginseng,GcAG)的挥发性成分。从McAG中鉴定了54个成分(占总成分的97.04%),包括3-羟基-2-丁酮(2.36%)、3,3,7,7-四甲基-5-(2-甲基-1-丙烯基)-三环[4.1.0.0(2,4)]庚烷(2.00%)、顺式--没药烯(1.39%)、-广藿香烯(0.82%)和姜黄烯(0.76%)等29个特有成分(占总成分的10.30%)。从GcAG中鉴定了60个成分(占总成分的85.99%),包括二氢姜黄素(2.94%)、(+)--长叶蒎烯(0.68%)、-新丁香三环烯(0.59%)和(Z)--金合欢烯(0.48%)等35个特有成分(占总成分的8.18%)。在McAG和GcAG中还鉴定出(E)--金合欢烯(McAG:66.09%,GcAG:50.30%)、-没药烯(McAG:3.98%,GcAG:12.24%)、-荜澄茄烯(McAG:3.44%,GcAG:1.43%)和白菖烯(McAG:1.55%,GcAG:2.98%)等25个共有成分(分别占总成分的86.74%和77.81%)。该研究填补了林下西洋山参挥发性成分研究的空白,同时,各差异性成分可为鉴别二者所需的特征性化合物提供理论支持与参考。
Headspace solid phase micro-extraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometrywas used to extract, analyze and identify the volatile components inMountain-cultivated American Ginseng (McAG) and Garden-cultivated American Ginseng (GcAG). In McAG, 54 components (97.04% of total) were identified, including 29 characteristic components (10.30% of total) such as3-Hydroxy-2-butanone (2.36%), 3, 3, 7, 7-tetramethyl-5-(2-methyl-l-propenyl)-tricyclo (4.1.0.0(2,4)] heptane (2.00%), cis-α-Bisabolene(1.39%), β-Patchoulerie(0.82%) and Curcumene (0.76%). While in GcAG, 60 components (85.99% of total) were identified, including 35 characteristic components (8.18%) such as Dihydrocurcumene (2.94%), (+)-α-Longipinene (0.68%), α-Neoclovene (0.59%) and (Z)-β-Farnesene (0.48%). Moreover, 25 common constituents (86.74% and 77.81% of total in McAG and GcAG ) were characterized in both McAG and GcAG, such as (E)-β-Farnesene, β-Bisabolene, (+)-δ-Cadinene and (+)-Calarene (McAG:66.09%, 3.98%, 3.44%, 1.55%; GcAG:50.30%, 12.24%, 1.43%, 2.98%).This paper will fill the blank in the study of the volatile constituents of McAG. And the characteristic components in this study could provide theoretical support and reference for identifying McAG and GcAG.
