摘要
分析回转窑现状,对φ3.3 m×52 m回转窑进行了档数优化,并提出了初步的档距方案,通过ANSYS分析,得到了筒体、滚圈、托轮的应力云图和筒体各部分的应变云图,并与《化工回转窑设计规定》中的要求进行对比,为回转窑的结构优化设计提供了参考。
After analyzing the current status of the rotary kiln, the paper optimized the number of bearings in φ 3.3 m×52 m rotary kiln, and proposed a preliminary bearings span scheme. And then, the stress contours of the shell, rolling ring and supporting roller as well as the strain contours of various parts of the shell were obtained via ANSYS analysis, and the stress and the strain were contrasted with the requirements in Design Specification for Chemical Rotary Kiln, which offered reference for the structural optimization design of the rotary kiln.
