葡萄花油田南部区块水平井射孔工艺 被引量:1

PERFORATING TECHNOLOGY OF HORIZONTAL WELLS IN THE SOUTHERN BLOCK OF PUTAOHUA OILFIELD

摘要 在葡萄花油田南部区块现场应用2口水平井,结合生产资料分析认为其采用的普通射孔工艺未达到理想效果。为提高水平井开发效果,提出在水平井射孔中应用新方法,即应用深穿透、合理孔密、合理相位角、分层、分段射孔工艺技术,并根据储层的孔渗特征与油气流体运移特点进行射孔调剖的技术思路。在葡萄花油田南部区块后续应用水平井中,采用深穿透、合理孔密、合理相位角、分层、分段射孔及射孔调剖工艺技术,可以改善油层开发效果。 The field application of two horizontal wells in the southern block of Putaohua Oilfield and the analysis of the oilfield production data show that the adopted common perforating technology has not achieved the ideal effects. In order to improve the development effects,the new method applied in the horizontal well perforation was put forward i. e. the with the help of the deep penetration,reasonable hole density and phase angle,layered and segmented perforating techniques,and moreover according to the reservoir poroperm characteristics and the oil and gas fluid migration properties,the technical thinking of the perforated profile control and adjustment was established. The new method applied in the southern block of Putaohua Oilfield has improved the reservoir development effects and gained much better field achievements.
